Exchange – Tickets cannot be exchanged for a different event, unless you are a Friend of Clonter. However where there is more than one performance of an event, tickets can be exchanged where available, up to 48 hours prior to an event. Admin fee of £3 per ticket. Free for Friends of Clonter.
Refund – Tickets are non refundable unless a show is cancelled.
Yes we offer family tickets and concessions for Children (Under 16). For more information please see our What’s On page or call the Box Office 01260 224 514
Children and families are welcome to any of the performances at Clonter. For specific events that may be suitable for your family please click here.
Yes we can. Please specify when ordering your supper from the Box Office.
If you have a party of ten or more we would do our best and will help with suggestions.

Unfortunately not, due to our rural location. Supper and canapé baskets must be pre-ordered either online or via the Box Office, up to a week in advance.
All drink consumed inside the premises must be purchased from the bar, however you may bring your own drink if you are picnicking outside. Drinks can be pre-ordered in advance either online or by phoning the Box Office on 01260 224514 (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10am – 4pm).

There are un-reserved picnic areas in the theatre, however if you are bringing a picnic, it is advisable to book in advance to ensure that you have somewhere to picnic. There is a charge of £3.50 per person.
There is a fully licensed bar, stocking good quality wines, spirits, soft drinks and beer. These can be pre-ordered at the Box Office or purchased on the night. Please note that all drink consumed inside the premises must be purchased from the bar.

When making your booking you can choose to collect your tickets from the theatre Box Office. If you have already bought your tickets and would like to collect your tickets from the theatre Box Office instead of having them posted to you then please call the Box Office 01260 224 514.
Concession tickets are available for Students and Children (Under 16). We also offer a Group Discount (10%) available for bookings of 10+ people and Early Bird Discounts (20%) for specific events. Please see our What’s On page for more info.
There is no dress code but people do like to dress up for our Thursday and Saturday opera performances. Other events are much more casual. On the whole people wear whatever suits their mood or the occasion they might be celebrating.
There is a tarmac drive leading up to the theatre with a grassed area for cars to park on .
There is a covered drop off area immediately outside the main entrance where anyone with restricted mobility or delicate footwear can be dropped off.
If conditions are forecast to be wet we advise you to bring water-resistant footwear and an umbrella as you are in a rural location, should we take any special precautions on arrival at your carpark?
Performances take place in our 400 seat indoor auditorium with an orchestra pit, an undercover restaurant and licensed bar with picnic tables for those wishing to bring their own food.

Our Box Office is open Monday-Friday 9am-5pm/Sat 9am-1pm. Closed on Bank Holidays.
