Clonter is 50 this year! Whilst we have a full programme lined up, there are still a few events that need some funding, and there is also the ongoing need for funding generally to continue to provide a nurturing and supportive place for emerging talent to flourish and entertain our audiences for generations to come.

Tea With… The Minstrel’s Songbook – Pete Morton
Wed 6 March, 3pm
Tues 5 March, 3pm*

There are some tickets left for next week’s Tea With… The Minstrel’s Songbook on Wednesday 6th March, and you are not too late to book in.

Might this also make the perfect early Mother’s Day treat? If you haven’t got one lined up already.

Clonter also offers a ‘relaxed’ performance – on Tuesday 5th March* – which was introduced to offer people in care homes, or for those being cared for at home, and their carers, something to go to together during the day. This opportunity has also been extended to those with other disabilities. See below for further details.

Pete Morton, the highly acclaimed troubadour, will be bringing his ‘Minstrel’s Songbook’ to Clonter this spring. From the popular ballads and standards of the 20s – Al Jolson, Ella Fitzgerald, Fats Waller and Hoagy Carmichael – to the well known folk and pop songs of the 60’s, Pete will deliver these timeless classics with his inimitable stage presence and powerful euphonious voice.

Please note that bookings for the afternoon tea will close at noon on Wed 28 February, however you will still be able to book for the concert only after that point.
