£58,000 NOW RAISED
Clonter is delighted to report that it has now raised an astonishing £58,000, and is deeply heartened by the response to the URGENT APPEAL, launched in September. This has enabled us to sign off a programme until the end of September 2020, which will include the May Masterclasses and Spring Opera Showcase, a Summer Opera Production, Jazz in June, and both Education Programmes in March and September.
We hope, if we can keep the momentum going, to raise the full £60,000, by the end of November, which would enable us to sign off a full year’s programme for 2020, as well as establishing a much firmer footing for the future.
The cultural destinations on offer in Cheshire now are numerous and we also know that people have other causes to support, but we hope Clonter’s commitment to providing cultural enrichment, as well as a facility for the wider community, is something you value.
We have many exciting projects pencilled in for next year which include a production of Rossini’s comic masterpiece – The Barber of Seville, for which an unprecedented number of singers have already applied to audition.
